Board of Directors

The Backbone of Honest Servant’s Organization

Patsanstha is the only money channel in rural areas. This is a last depth organization which helps people in the rural areas and shows path towards development. It will not be wrong to say that patsanstha has started to release poor people in rural areas from the trap of money lenders. Due to this many patsanstha were created in rural areas from 1985 to 1990.Because of this most of the money lending was away. But over time, many organizations were getting in to trouble due to lack of planning. So depositor’s money has stranded in the organization. Due to patsanstha many young men got employed. Due to loss in patsanstha many young men have to lose their job.

The people who work’s in the patsanstha didn’t have experience about banking. Board of directors is from the rural area, so they didn’t have knowledge about the patsanstha economics. As it has been looked, because of wrong loan distribution and interference of the political people many organizations have got in to trouble. The current era of competition in the banking sector, if organization wants to be successful the employee of organization must be like below:

  1. Employee of patsanstha must be literate. Now a days in most of the organization it is required that employee should have completed 12th. If the employee is graduated then it is easy to grasp the paper work. Thus it makes impression on the customer. As they are graduated, so they have studious attitude. Due to that many new ideas are implemented and it helps in growth of the organization.
  2. Employee of the organization must be trained. As its required in any organization, that employee of the organization should be trained. Training helps to understand how to increase the business of our organization, what are rules of our organization, what care must be taken while doing work of organization, how to do paper work. Hence employee of the organization must be trained.
  3. Employee must have computer knowledge. Employees of the patsanstha are from rural areas so they have lack of computer knowledge. And because of fear or infidelity they don’t learn computer. Because of this they leave behind in their current competition world and their progress freezes. It changes the view of customers and patsanstha gets in to trouble. For this every employee of the organization must have knowledge of computer. Board of directors should be forced to servants to become literate. Board of directors must insist that each servant and branch must be computerized.
  4. Servant of patsanstha should be non-addicted, regular and honest. Patsanstha works as banks so servants have contact with money and business related to money. If the servant would be dishonest then there will be possibility of the fraud. Patsanstha is started by local people and the servants of patsanstha are also local people. And the customers in this area are confident about these servants. That’s why servant of patsanstha should be honest. He wasn’t done any misconduct. If we observe the patsanstha which gets in to trouble then we con notice that the servants of these patsanstha done misconduct and that’s why they fell in to trouble. For this reason the servant of the patsanstha should be honest. If the patsanstha contains honest, trained servants then they definitely can be successful and these kinds of servants are backbone of the development of patsanstha.
